Maybe that special weekend you wanted to scrapbook is filled at the moment.
That doesn't mean it can't reopen!!

Many of us receive wedding invitations; someone becomes ill, or other special
events in life crop up that we don't know about a year ahead of time.
Occasionally, someone has to reluctantly cancel their weekend, and that may be good news for you! If the weekend you want is filled, ask to have your name placed on a waiting list. If the weekend opens up, you will have the first chance to book.
