Looking to enjoy some time in Estes Park with family and\/or friends?  Our property is available for short-term vacation rental all year round. Rates are based on season. We do offer discounted rates for dates that do not book more than 6 weeks in advance. Visit our booking calendar for those specials.<\/div>\n

\nOur rates are based on nightly stay with a minimum of a 2-night stay most times of the year (3-night minimum during peak seasons and winter holidays). <\/p>\n

            Deposit: <\/strong>
            \nA $250 non-refundable deposit<\/span> is required to be received within 7 days of making a reservation. The full rental payment is due a month in advance.<\/p>\n

            Check-In\/Check-Out: <\/strong>
            \nPrivate rental groups may check in as early as 9 a.m. on the day of arrival and check out as late as 1 p.m. on day of departure.<\/p>\n

            Rental Dates:<\/strong>
            \nGroups my rent any time of year. Visit our calendar for exact availability. We require a minimum 2-night stay with no maximum. Groups may rent any day of the week. Private rentals may be made as far in advance as desired.<\/p>\n

            Inclusions:<\/strong>
            \nWe want to make your stay more comfortable. We offer a complimentary selection of sodas, candy snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.<\/p>\n

            Payment Methods Accepted:<\/strong>
            \nWe accept Zelle, Venmo, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks. Payment for rentals may be broken up into 2-3 installments if desired. 
            \n*Policies and Prices are subject to change.<\/p>\n

            Cancelation Policy:<\/strong>
            \nCancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive full refund minus the $250 deposit. Cancellations made 14-30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days will receive no refund.
