All Hosted Retreat Weekends include the following:

2 nights accommodations (3 nights on Thursday-Sunday retreats, see below for details)
5 gourmet meals (7 meals during Thursday-Sunday retreats, see below for details)
We do our best to provide a variety of foods over the course of the weekend to suit everyone’s taste. With at least two weeks advanced notice, we can plan to provide gluten-free or dairy-free meals upon request. If you are a picky eater and not sure how you will like the provided meals, you are more than welcome to bring foods along to supplement.
Unlimited snacks and beverages
Your personal workstation includes a minimum 4-feet of table space, a daylight lamp, self healing mat drink holder and rolling/height adjusting chair.
Unlimited use of on site tool center
“The Scrapping Den” is available to purchase those supplies you forgot… embellishments galore, adhesives, paper, stickers and much, much more!

All-inclusive weekend retreat (Friday-Sunday)
$275.00 per person (includes tax)
Includes lodging, 5 meals and crop. DEPOSITS for Friday-Sunday retreats are $75 and are non-refundable for any reason.

All-inclusive weekend retreat (Thursday-Sunday)
$350.00 per person (includes tax)
Includes lodging, 7 meals and crop (no dinner is served on Thursday evening)
Private weekends only, requires 10 people in attendance. DEPOSITS for Thursday-Sunday retreats are $75 and are non-refundable for any reason.

Thursday-Sunday retreat weekends require all 10 spots to be filled (registered and $75 deposit paid) 120 days in advance of scheduled retreat; if all 10 spots are not filled, the group has two choices:
1. Change weekend to a Friday-Sunday.
2. The total dollar amount of remaining open spots will be divided by number of people attending which will be processed by credit card. i.e. 10 people are attending and 2 spots are left open, $350 X 2=$700, $700/10=$70 that will be charged to the 10 people attending. This amount would be added to the final balance that is due 60 days prior to retreat.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on Thursday/Friday. Please do not arrive early for the weekend, as we will not be able to accommodate you until check in time.
Check out time is 1p.m.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of reservation. The balance of your weekend is due 60 days in advance of your stay.

Private Rental Options Now Available!!

Deposit:

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to be received within 7 days of making a private rental reservation. The full rental payment is due 60 days in advance.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Private rental groups may check in as early as 9 a.m. on the day of arrival and check out as late as 1 p.m. on day of departure.

Rental Dates:

Groups may privately rent any day of the week that is not currently booked for one of our hosted retreats or rental by another group. We typically require 2-3 day spacing between groups to allow clean-up and preparation for next reservation. We require a minimum 2 night stay with no maximum. Groups may rent any day of the week. Private rentals may be made as far in advance as desired. We typically have our calendar posted for two years out.

Up to 10 guests (across 4 rooms)
Full access to all provided craft supplies & quilting tools
Individual crop stations for up to 10 guests
Complimentary snacks and beverages
Friday-Sunday rental rate of $2,350 (includes tax)
Thursday-Sunday rental rate of $3,000 (includes tax)

Private Rental Option #2 – Vacation Rental

Up to 10 guests (across 4 rooms)

- Off Season (2 night minimum stay) – $400

- Middle Season (3 night minimum stay) – $500

- Holiday Season (3 night minimum stay) – $700

- Peak Season (5 night minimum stay) – $700

There is a $250 additional cleaning fee (the deposit will be used for this)
15% discount given to rentals over 6 nights

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
