Do you have a private quilting, scrapbooking or card making group? Are you a consultant who likes to host retreats for your customers? If you answered “yes” then this option is for you! Private groups can now rent the entire home for their own retreat any time of the year.
Max Occupancy: 10 guests
Rental Rate: Thursday-Sunday private rental (rental rate includes the 4-day rental plus cleaning fee and taxes). Groups may add extra days to the rental for $400/night (normal season) and $630/night (peak season). Occasionally throughout the year, we may offer Monday-Wednesday retreat rentals for $900 (normal season only). Check our home page for those potential offerings.

Deposit:
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to be received within 7 days of making a reservation. The full rental payment is due a month in advance.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Private rental groups may check in as early as 9 a.m. on the day of arrival and check out as late as 1 p.m. on day of departure. (Later departure is available upon request and subject to availability.)
Rental Dates:
Groups may privately rent any time of the year. Visit our calendar for exact availability. Private rentals may be made as far in advance as desired.
Inclusions:
- Full access to all provided craft supplies & quilting tools
- Individual 4’x3′ crop stations for up to 10 guests
- Complimentary snacks and beverages
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
