Deposit:
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to be received within 7 days of making a reservation. The full rental payment is due a month in advance.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Private rental groups may check in as early as 9 a.m. on the day of arrival and check out as late as 1 p.m. on day of departure.
Rental Dates:
Groups my rent any time of year. Visit our calendar for exact availability. We require a minimum 2-night stay with no maximum. Groups may rent any day of the week. Private rentals may be made as far in advance as desired.
Inclusions:
We want to make your stay more comfortable. We offer a complimentary selection of sodas, candy snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks. Payment for rentals may be broken up into 2-3 installments if desired.

Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive full refund minus the $250 deposit. Cancellations made 14-30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days will receive no refund. Travel insurance is advised if you feel there may be a chance of cancellation less than a month in advance.
