Booking Calendar

 

We are currently accepting reservations for 2025-2027. We will open up the 2028 calendar on April 1, 2026. Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis.

Check out our booking calendar below for information on dates available for rental, hosted retreats scheduled as well as currently booked private retreats. Any dates that are not currently reserved are available for private rental (non-hosted). If you have a group interested in a hosted retreat not currently posted, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate groups interested in private hosted retreats.

HOSTED RETREATS

  • All hosted retreats include meals.
  • Friday-Sunday or Monday-Wednesday retreats are $255/person (for all-inclusive hosted retreats) 
  • Thursday-Sunday retreats are $330/person (for all-inclusive hosted retreats) 
  • Payment can be made by cash, check or charge. A $75 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Remaining payment due no later than 30 days before the retreat. By default, 2-month payment plans will be set up if registration received at least 3 months in advance.
  • An early bird discount of $30 will be applied towards all 2025-2026 retreat registrations received at least 2+ months in advance. Discount will be applied towards remaining balance at time balance is due. THIS DISCOUNT WILL GO AWAY IN 2027.
  • Meal Opt-Out Discount – For those with more extensive dietary restrictions, extreme picky eaters or those who would prefer to bring their own food, we are now offering the option to opt out of the meal service for an added discount of $35.  Refrigerator space and kitchenware will be accessible for anyone wishing to provide their own meals. THIS DISCOUNT WILL GO AWAY IN 2027.
  • Table Upgrade – Upgrade your 4 ft table space to 8 ft for an additional $75. Table upgrades are limited to no more than 4 people.
  • Cancellations – Please refer to our policy section for more information.

    • September 17-20, 2026 — S. McWain private hosted retreat
    • October 8-11, 2026 – T. Schlender private hosted retreat
    • November 12-15, 2026 (ANY CRAFT) – 4 spots left and 2 8ft table upgrades left

MAX OCCUPANCY: 10 guests (8 guests for vacation rentals & hosted retreats) — Limited to no more than 7 cars for a group regardless of headcount
