Throughout the year, we offer the option of hosted retreats. We offer hosted retreats open to the general public as well private hosted retreats for private groups. During hosted retreats, meals are provided as part of the registration fee.

Registration Rates:
Below are our standard registration rates for 2025-2026. Any qualifying discounts will be applied to this rate.
- Open Hosted Retreat (breakfast, light lunch mid-day and dinner provided) — qualifies for early bird discount (see below)
- Friday-Sunday stay: $255/person (includes 5 meals + lodging tax)
- Thursday-Sunday stay: $330/person (includes 8 meals + lodging tax)
- Private Hosted Retreat
- Same rates as an open hosted retreat
- Requires 8 guests at least 3+ months in advance. Any spots up to the 8 that have not been filled by the private group at least 3 months in advance will be open to the general public to help fill

- Hosted Retreats
- Early Bird Discount – $30 discount applied to all registrations received at least 2+ months in advance. (This discount is scheduled to go away in 2027.)
- Stampin’ Up! Teammate Discount – attend 4 days for the price of 3
- Meal opt-out option: $35 discount — available for anyone with extensive food allergies/intolerances, picky eaters or anyone in general preferring to bring their own meals.
Deposit: A $75/person deposit is required to reserve a spot at either an open or private hosted retreat.
Check-in/Check-out: Guests may arrive as early as 2 p.m. on day of arrival and depart by 3 p.m.
Retreat Date Availability:
Hosted retreats are available throughout the year based on demand and interest. Private hosted retreats are scheduled upon request. Please contact us directly if inquiring about specific dates for private hosted availability. Currently scheduled open hosted retreats are posted on our calendar.
Inclusions:
- Overnight accommodations
- Meals – home cooked meals for breakfast and dinner. During mid-day, sandwich fixing and veggies, dip and crackers offered along with any previous meal leftovers. Due to the complexity of planning meals for a large group, we are unable to accommodate gluten and dairy free dietary needs as well as other types of food sensitivities and restrictions. To deal with these alternative dietary needs, we offer a $35 discount for anyone wishing to bring their own meals instead.
- Selection of candy snacks and beverages
- Personal workstation: a minimum 4-feet of table space (a limited number of 8ft upgrades for $75 more are available upon registration), a daylight lamp, self-healing mat, drink holder and rolling/height adjusting chair.
- Unlimited use of on-site tool center
- Host on site to provide meals and serve you as needed
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept check, charge, Zelle and Venmo payments. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
