Deposit is to secure your spot at an upcoming retreat in 2024 and 2025. This deposit is non-refundable.
If registration is received at least 3 months in advance, retreat balance will be split over a 2 month payment plan with full balance due no more than a month in advance. A $30 Early Bird discount is applied to all non-private hosted retreat registrations received at least 2+ months in advance. Balances due may be paid by check, charge or Venmo. Once deposit is received, you will be contacted with information on balance due and future payment information.
2024-2025 Standard Pricing (deposit deducted from amount below) – non-private retreat registrations are eligible for early bird discount. Qualifying discount will be applied to this rate.
- $255/person – Friday-Sunday or FREE if redeeming 20 VIP vouchers
- $330/person – Thursday-Sunday or FREE if redeeming 26 VIP vouchers
- $35 discount applied to any registration opting out of meals (we cannot accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions)
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days in advance – full refund minus $75 deposit
- 14-30 days in advance – refund of half the retreat fee
- Less than 14 days in advance – no refund
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced regardless of reason.
